The other week I was asked to put together a short little story as to what I do before bed! It changes daily, but I realistically I try and stick to the same routine every night to get the in habit of calming my mind and body down before I go to bed. Of course there are nights that I am awake until 3 AM working on a project or out until 2 AM and I am totally paying for it the next day! I can't focus, my motivation is at an all time low, my eating schedule is off as in I want to eat everything in site, my stomach/digestion is terrible, my skin looks as if I haven't washed it in days and is totally red, I am so irritable! (sorry!!), and I will have the worst headaches all day! I have the WORST time sleeping in general and usually suffer from insomnia on most nights so making this routine a habit, that I share is a priority to me. It helps me sleep and relaxes both my mind and body.
