The other week I wrote an article for one of my favorite wellness website, MindBodyGreen. I have been reading their site religiously since college, ever since I became more obsessed, curious, and totally fascinated with all things wellness, health, yoga, and especially gut health! It was then I started dealing with severe digestive health issues and was looking for ways to relieve the pain. Naturally, embarrassed, I sought the help from wellness websites first and would read countless and countless articles soon realizing that these writers, yogis, and wellness experts would become something that I wanted to be, they were such an inspiration to me. I was so grateful, when MBG reached out to me to start contributing to their yoga section and now write articles for them about the same type of topics, (or any topic really!), that I was once in search of! It is quite humbling and it almost feels worth going through some of the pain to be able to share these real experiences with everyone now, whether it is through these articles that I write or through the classes that I teach.
