I have a few good chocolate chip cookie recipes on my blog, but I wanted to share a simple fool proof recipe that is completely nut free and something that doesn’t require tons of ingredients. The simpler the better these days.

This recipes yields about 12 cookies
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 10-12 minutes
Total time: less than 25 minutes
1 cup creamy sunflower seed butter (or sub any nut butter)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix all of the above ingredients until fully combined. You can also mix in your food processor or blender as well!
Scoop out into spoonful sizes and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees. The bottoms and edges will start to brown + crisp!
Allow them to completely cool!
Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for about a month!
