1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 tablespoons chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of sea salt
1 cup nut milk (almond or cashew milk)
2 tablespoons almond butter
Chop the strawberries and mash the fruit until it becomes a somewhat chunky liquid. Set aside
The night before, In a mason jar, mix together the oats, cinnamon, sea salt, chia seeds, and the milk of choice. Add the strawberry "jam" to the oats with 1 tablespoon of the almond butter. Mix well. Set aside in the fridge over night.
In the morning, mix the oats well and pour into a bowl. Add a few sliced strawberries and the remaining almond butter. Top with granola or more fruit!
