On Monday September 25, join the Wellness Collective Boston for our inaugural event as we team up with two of your favorite Boston influencer Balancewithb and ebaily_fitness for an evening of wellness. 

Join us for a conversation as the panelists share their top tips for living well; how to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally; and how they turned their passion for wellness into a career.

Ask the panelists your burning wellness questions, sip on smoothies and light bites and receive a gift bag filled with your favorite fitness and wellness brands valued at over $150. 

The Wellness Collective Boston was founded by influencers and wellness enthusiasts Kerri Axelrod (@KerriAxelrod) and Ana Alarcón (Anagoesfit) to bring together Boston’s separated health and fitness communities. Our goal is to foster in person connections, collaboration and learning across the diverse wellness world.

Join us for a yoga event that not only is good for you, but also helps dogs in need! Franklin & Whitman is throwing a yoga event with Blair Flynn at our HQ and the proceeds will be donated to the PA SPCA!

Blair, aka @BalancewithB, grew up with many digestive issues and health set backs including (but not limited to) migraines, IBS, leaky gut, SIBO, and more. These caused a tremendous amount of anxiety and stress on her body and mind, especially when confronted with social settings and food!

This journey shed light on what worked for her body, the ability to listen intuitively and ultimately take back control of her life. By making significant improvements in food choices, as well as through a daily practice of yoga and constant acts of self care, Blair understands the importance of taking care of oneself not only physically, but also mentally. 

We are so excited for Blair to share her successful techniques in embracing a healthy lifestyle to manage anxiety and feel like her best self. Join us for dinner, lecture, and a series of simple yoga moves that can help manage stress and anxiety.
